Our first West Coast IPA is one of our favourite beers yet, brewed to be crisp, clean, dry and bitter along with a classic american hop profile. We achieved this by an all-barley malt grist, a clean yeast strain, and a heavy hop load throughout the brewing process. All topped off with a great dry hop combo: Simcoe for its pine and citrus character, backed up by a small proportion of Azacca’s tropical mango profile.

What is a West Coast IPA?
Our version of the classic American IPA takes its inspiration from the original craft beers of California. A dry, bright beer, with intense hop aromatics and a lingering bitterness on the finish. Fresh American beer but without the air fare.
