How should I store my beer?

Keep it cold! Our beer is unfiltered and unpasteurised. This means that it tastes best when fresh, and slowly loses flavour and aroma if it is stored warm. Keep it in the fridge and enjoy it before the best before date.

 

Why do you only ship on certain days?

To keep our beer as fresh as possible we want to reduce transport time and avoid shipping over weekends. This means we only ship on Tuesdays to ensure that the beer doesn’t spend its weekend in a warm warehouse. 

 

I’ve placed an order on the webshop. When can I expect it?

All orders are shipped on Tuesdays with a 24/48h delivery service, so that you can enjoy your beers as soon as possible, and to ensure they aren’t stuck somewhere over the weekend.

We ship on Tuesdays after 12:00. If you place your order after 12:00 on Tuesday it will be shipped the following week. 

Typically, you should receive your order in the estimated time. However, bear in mind that there can be circumstances outside our control that delay delivery.

 

Can I place an order through the webshop if I live outside Spain?

Unfortunately for now we can only ship within Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). However we plan to ship throughout Europe after the summer. We don’t want shipping to take several days during the summer heat which would affect the beer quality.

When will you launch the Tank Bar Brewery?

Our Tank Bar is coming! It’s a long process however, so that’s why we are making beer as nomad brewers. We’ll keep everyone updated via Instagram as we make progress.

 

How about a normal bar?

As the Tank Bar is taking longer than expected, we’re going to open the second best thing: a Mumbo Jumbo bar in the centre of Bilbao! Stay tuned for more updates on this via Instagram. 

 

Do you make any gluten free beer?

Currently we are unable to offer any gluten free beer as we are producing in breweries which make conventional beer, and therefore there is a risk of cross-contamination. 

 

Are your beers suitable for vegans?

All of our beers are vegan.
