Outlaw is a modern take on a classic style, brewed with our friends from La Grúa. We took the idea of a dry and hoppy pilsner, but then crossed it with a West Coast IPA, loading it up with two of our favourite hops from New Zealand: Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin.
The result is a modern beer, between a pilsner, and an IPA, with classic New Zealand hop notes of citrus zest, grapefruit and melon. All followed by a refreshing dry and bitter finish. One of our favourite collaborations so far!

What is a West Coast IPA?
Our version of the classic American IPA takes its inspiration from the original craft beers of California. A dry, bright beer, with intense hop aromatics and a lingering bitterness on the finish. Fresh American beer but without the air fare.
