Like all our West Coasts, this has been brewed with 100% barley malt, for a bright body with a light haze. Columbus hops in the kettle give a resinous backbone and a clean bitterness. A big dry hop of Mosaic and australian favourite Enigma add dank notes, red fruit and tropical undertones. A touch stronger at 6.1% ABV, but as always, dry, bitter and very easy drinking.
