We haven't made a Hazy Ipa in a while, but we're back with a very special one.
In classic Mumbo Jumbo style it's not too alcoholic, just 6% abv, but it's brewed with plenty of oats for a thick and juicy body.
It has an elegant aromatic profile thanks to Nelson Sauvin's single varietal dry hop, with notes of white wine and a "dankness" reminiscent of marijuana. The classic New Zealand hop, and one of our favorites, creates an explosion of tropical fruit and white grape flavors. The beer finishes with a dry and bitter touch, our typical interpretation of the style. Easy drinking and elegant.

What is a Hazy IPA?
Our Hazy IPAs are our take on the heavily-hopped beers coming out of the North-Eastern USA. It’s our most intense IPA: soft and juicy, with low bitterness, a full body and a huge amount of hops.
