One of our favorite hops shines in this new 7% hazy IPA: a Nelson Sauvin bomb. A generous dry hop and the use of Nelson Hop Kief (hop extract) give this beer the typical notes of the New Zealand hop, such as passion fruit and white grape. HA HA!
